Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on 111bet, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and physical address — must be completely accurate and your own. Creating an account with false information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may use only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them may be suspended or permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Attempts to operate multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method are also covered by this policy.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing another person to use your account, or placing bets on behalf of someone else under your identity, is prohibited. Age Verification and KYC

The 111bet platform is only for users aged 21 and above. After registration, the platform may at any time request documents to verify age and identity — such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 111bet platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, the support team must be notified immediately.

4.3 Payment Ownership

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted. If any discrepancy is found, the relevant deposit may be put on hold.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed.

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on 111bet receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,200. To withdraw funds from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

6.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus can only be used once — each account is entitled to a single welcome bonus.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering requirement is counted only on bets placed in specific games — not all games may qualify equally.
• There is a set time limit for using the bonus — if the conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.3 VIP Cashback

111bet's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier receives cashback on weekly net losses — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, placing artificial bets, or using any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Betting Activity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the relevant event is cancelled or postponed. 111bet reserves the right to void bets placed in error or at clearly incorrect odds.

7.2 Multi Bets

Multiple selections can be combined into a multi bet. If three selections have decimal odds of 1.40, 1.50, and 1.60, the combined odds are 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.60 = 3.36, meaning a ৳100 bet returns ৳336 if all selections win. However, if any one selection loses, the entire ৳100 stake is lost.

7.3 Match Fixing and Misconduct

Match fixing, misuse of insider information, or betting through any other dishonest method is prohibited. If any such activity is suspected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately.

Casino and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games on 111bet:

• All game outcomes are entirely independent and random — there is no external influence.
• Each game has its own RTP and rules, which can be found in the game information.
• If an internet disconnection causes a round to be left incomplete, the system will automatically confirm the result of that round and update the balance accordingly.
• If a technical error produces an abnormal result, 111bet reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Action by the Platform

111bet may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• False or incomplete registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Any serious breach of these terms and conditions.

9.2 Self-Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed. If an account is closed for responsible gaming reasons, it may not be possible to reopen it before the designated period has elapsed.
